Präsentation

As two students attending the International Business program at HAK Grazbachgasse, we have been exploring the intricacies of the European Union (EU). Over the past school year, we've actively participated in two online EU meetings, collaborating with students from Rotterdam (Netherlands) and Eger (Hungary). Through presentations, discussions, lectures, engaging sessions, and various tasks, we've delved into the multifaceted dimensions of the EU, gaining valuable knowledge and fostering intercultural connections. The online EU meetings served as a starting point for detailed discussions on EU policies such as EU-Youth, gender equality, racism, etc. Leveraging electronic devices, we exchanged ideas with the students from Rotterdam and Eger, got to know each other better, and worked on a variety of tasks in groups. These sessions not only changed our understanding of EU institutions but also helped to greatly expand our general knowledge of the EU. We are all extremely excited and filled with anticipation when our thoughts turn to our upcoming educational trip to Brussels. We will be traveling by train on Monday, April 15; our entire class is more than ready to enter the heart of the EU. It’s a huge opportunity that we have been granted—we get to see everything up close. This journey promises to be a transformative experience. Our engagement with the EU extends beyond classroom discussions and virtual meetings. We've cultivated lasting friendships and fostered a sense of unity amidst diversity. The event opened our eyes even more to the fact that, despite our differences, the EU stands together. In conclusion, our journey into the world of the European Union has enlightened and filled our minds with various aspects. From online meetings to upcoming travel plans, our teacher, Professor Luger, didn’t miss any opportunity to further educate us. He has planned everything wonderfully, and in the end, we owe everything to him entirely. Thank you for making this happen. In conclusion, we must express our gratitude for such opportunities and share our excitement for the upcoming week.
